Lake Quinault School Expands School Highly Capable Program Expands Opportunities to K-5 Elementary Students Referral and testing window are currently open!

Do you know a student in kindergarten through fifth grade who shows advanced ability—or potential—in areas such as creativity, leadership, or academic learning compared to their peers? Lake Quinault Elementary is now accepting referrals for its Highly Capable Program. This program is designed to provide advanced learning opportunities for students identified through academic performance or referrals from teachers, parents, or community members. After referral, students are further evaluated to determine program eligibility. We welcome referrals for students from all backgrounds and experiences. If you would like to refer a Kindergarten–5th grade student, please email Tracy Horn at thorn@quinault.k12.wa.us.

Please note: Anyone may refer a student to the program. With parent/guardian permission, additional screening will take place. Referral forms can be returned to the school office or submitted via email.
